Frankly, I do not understand how this location can get a bad rating. Personally, I have had GREAT food and customer service here. I have been ordering take out and delivery for over 6 years with no complaints. Their food is always made promptly (before the estimated time), always hot, fresh and great tasting. I will continue ordering here over and over again!

The food was hot, fresh, delicious, prepared just right, the way my wife and i like it and in a very timely manner. The gentleman at the counter was also the cook. I was having problems redeeming my rewards on my cell phone. He was kind enough to assist me with redeeming my rewards so i could order boneless wings. Many thanks sir. Excellent customer service.
I had placed an online order for noon, and called in to ask if I could get it closer to 11:45am (treating my hardworking team at LA Center for Hearing & Balance!). Team was able to accommodate, and the pizza turned out decent! Friendly service and I’d be back, depending on the deals that are available through the app. Parking is easy, and it is definitely made for pick-up and takeout.
This location seems to be extremely efficient, my order is always correct and ready on time and they are always busy. Which is very important to me because this location is on my route from work to home. There is another store closer to my home that we NO LONGER USE!!! This store is on Anza Blvd. in Torrance and it has the WORST service that I have ever experienced in any retail level establishment in my life, how they stay open is beyond my comprehension. But I digress, and again praise the Rosecrans location for their efficiency and service. In Fact even the physical appearance of the staff
every time i order they never let me down. The pizza is always hot and delicious and the chicken is always cooked to perfection and sauced just right.
The ordering process and delivery was simple. I ordered through the app and received my order quickly. The delivery person knocked to make sure he was at the correct address and then he left the food at the door to ensure a contact-less transition.
